Engagement Scope:

Innovar Partners was engaged to provide project management and insight over several critical areas working to ensure our client’s outsourced processes were properly designed and implemented by the outsourcing vendor.

Results:

Over the course of the greater than 12 month engagement Innovar Partners was given primary responsibility for ensuring the outsourcing vendor met client expectations with respect to functional and technical capabilities of the outsourced processes.
